positive:
World-class dishes served at the restaurants
Wherever you are in the resort, you have easy access to any one of the four on-site restaurants available. The foods served in each of the restaurants are to die for, as expressed by many guests, so you better prepare your stomachs during your stay. The same goes for the drinks and snacks served in the bars and lounges.
positive:
Enormous pool with many sun beds
Guests loved the pool area mainly because there are many sun loungers around it. In addition, the pool is also large and can accommodate many guests at the same time.
positive:

Expect great service during your holiday at Alaiye Resort & Spa Hotel. The staffs are courteous and helpful, always making sure that guests are satisfied with their service while in the resort. They are also professional, despite the slight problem of language barrier.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Cats in dining areas
The dining areas offer great food for everyone. However, guests complained that cats and other animals are free to go without hesitations. While they don't really bother that much, this could disappointing, especially for those who are a bit intolerant of these creatures.
negative:
Overcrowded beach
The resort has direct access to a private beach. However, with the number of guests the resort caters to everyday, the size of the beach is not enough, making it too crowded at certain seasons. There are a number of swimming pools, though, which are great alternatives to the beach.
negative:
Unreliable and poor Wi-Fi connection
Some guests find that the Internet access in the resort isn't always reliable. This could be discouraging, especially for those who are working online. However, when you are in Incekum, it would also be great to take a break from technology and just enjoy a relaxing vacation.
