Positive Reviews
positive:
Lots of staff
The hotel is well-staffed. The reception area provides a polite and friendly service and has unique features, such as babysitters and teen chaperones. The cleaning service is reliable and does a sparkling job every day. The grounds are also well-maintained.
positive:
A resort retreat
The resort is a nice retreat and is self-contained. The rooms have private balconies with tables and chairs. There are many food choices onsite and many activities to do. Guests need never leave the property for fun or food.
positive:
A nice beach area
The staff keeps the resort beach in good shape. The area is well manicured and in good and usable shape. There are many activities there, from yoga, to tours and walks, to a host of sporting and entertainment options.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Disappointing all-inclusive
The all-inclusive food option is disappointing. The food quality throughout all the restaurants and bars is poor, both in taste and preparation. The menu choices don't change very often and this can get old if there for a longer stay. During busy times, it can be hard to get drinks or coffee on a consistent basis.
negative:
WiFi woes
The WiFi service is not free and the daily rate is very expensive. Even when purchased, the service is slow and unreliable. Overall, the poor quality won't allow for many business or communication needs and, if you should lose service, there are no refunds.
negative:
Poor quality of features
Some amenities are good in name only, because they don't offer a quality experience. The pools are often dirty and aren't cleaned frequently. There is also a lack of loungers and towels. While entertainment is offered, the quality is poor and there aren't daily options.
