The price of the hotel is a cheap buy, but you won't feel cheapened by the experience. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the accommodations are updated. The grounds are well-maintained. Overall, it's a good value for the money spent.

The hotel is centrally located for those traveling for business or pleasure, or for those having business at one of the nearby medical center. There is easy access to the freeway and the hotel is close to the border. While you'll need a car for all trips, everything is easy to get to.

The staff here really goes out of their way to be friendly and helpful. They will gladly provide any extra services they are able to, even when a service isn't normally offered. While the hotel is a budget stay, the staff operates as if guests were valued customers spending lots of bucks.

This hotel has been on this site under many names and many changes of management. While the hotel has been somewhat updated, many rooms are older and those aging signs show. The furniture and decor is dated and the bedding and linen are thin with plenty of use.

The hotel has cleanliness issues, especially in regards to bathrooms. The tiles are moldy and many fixtures and features simply don't work. Elsewhere, bedrooms are dusty and carpets could use a good vacuuming.

The bedroom and room features, like TVs, are the only amenities here. There is no pool, spa, or fitness room. While free coffee service is offered in reception, the morning breakfast is only cold items that aren't thoughtfully prepared for guest pleasure.
