Positive Reviews
positive:
Away from it all.
This is the place for a quiet holiday, away from the daily pressures. To this end, the fact that the hotel is ‘all inclusive' is a great bonus. Relax further in the spa and treatment room; absolutely first class. It is a 15 minute walk to the nearest bars and shops.

Food, glorious food!
They really make an effort with the food, including doing their best to create something approaching that traditional English breakfast. Generally, the food is good and varied. The staff is excellent, particularly the bar staff who are quick, efficient and friendly.
positive:
Sea views are guaranteed.
There's no hassle or fighting over sea view rooms; they all have them! One good tip is to request a fourth or fifth floor room, so you're then in the main building. Rooms are basic but clean.

Not a full house of enthusiasm.
You are really stuck here; there's nowhere else to go at night. So, you are reliant upon the hotel facilities ... and the entertainment programme. In fairness, they are trying to entertain guests from many different countries but it seems that they all find the entertainment boring.

If you can't beat them...
Yep! The towels appear on the sunbeds at some unearthly hour ... and then those sunbeds remain unoccupied for much of the day. You can always get a bed on the beach but, if the pool has particular appeal ... so, get up earlier, reserve your sunbed and play them at their own game!
negative:
Ice cold in Aquis Arina.
The pool is sea water and absolutely freezing. The sea itself is warmer but it can be quite rough. There is usually a lifeguard on duty but it's probably best to brace yourself and jump in the pool.
