Guests felt this hotel was a good option for those needing a no-frills accommodation. The hotel provides a breakfast and has various restaurants, with good in-room amenities. There is also a 24-hour front desk.

Guests enjoyed the fact that they had kettles in the rooms to make tea and coffee, and to have these refilled daily. The rooms also have slippers and free toiletries, while the bathrooms were a good size. There are also mini fridges, air conditioning and flat-screens.

The hotel is found to be in a strategic location close to the Nippori station with easy access to the airport. There are also various eateries and bars within close distance from the hotel. Other attractions were also easily accessible.

Guests felt that the hotel could do with replacing some things to make it look like new again. This included the carpets which were dirty, the walls which could use a new paint and the furnishings worn.

Guests found the rooms to be smelly for one reason or another. Even if they were in a non-smoking room, they smelled the smoke. Some felt the smells were because the rooms were dusty, or that the bathrooms were old and in need of a deep clean.

Guests felt the air conditioning did not do a good job of cooling and felt the rooms were too stuffy. If they turned on the air conditioning, they felt the air was not distributed well to have a cool feeling.
