Wonderful setting and quite close to amenities
The hotel is close to plenty of eateries, supermarkets and bars. Pantai Cenang's beach is just a few minutes' drive from the building. The hotel's location makes it very convenient for travellers as it is about 2 km from Langkawi International Airport.

The members of staff are very qualified in their duties. The housekeeping staff pays special attention to all rooms and leave them looking very clean. Room service is also delivered on time and any mistakes are quickly corrected. Making sure that guests have a satisfying and peaceful stay at the hotel is their priority.

Very many parking spaces are available
The hotel provides ample parking to its guests. That the parking is free is also a huge plus. This is very convenient as the spaces are many and well secured so you don't have to worry about your car while at the hotel.

Free Wi-Fi not available in all areas
Though the hotel provides its guests with free unlimited Wi-Fi internet access, one had to get to the lobby for a faster connection. Some of rooms didn't receive a stronger signal. The signal at times is erratic and most guests couldn't connect without a hitch.

A number of guests complained about the lack of entertaining channels. Most complaints were raised by international guests who found the narrow selection to be unexciting as most channels catered to local guests.

A number of guests were very displeased with the hotel's breakfast dishes. Most were dissatisfied with the hot and cold menus. A few on special diets didn't feel well catered to due to the limited options available.
