Not the same as sister establishment.
For guests expecting the same treatments and service at Burt's Hotel as they would receive at the sister establishment, The Town House, they will be left slightly disappointed. Although owned by the same people, they are two very different establishments.

Slower service than expected.
The staff, while hard working, don't seem to be as up to par
as one would expect in a popular place of eating. Guests will have a wait on
their hands when it comes to getting drinks orders, and food orders come out
separately.

Attention to detail needed.
A few guests have found that their rooms could have been better prepared, especially in the winter months. Things such as having windows closed, and radiators turned on, as well as towel heating racks turned on, to help ward off the chill would have been greatly appreciated.
