One thing the hotel provides that no one can deny are the stunning views of the beach. The fantastic views are worth the stay.

The hotel is on the shabby part of the beach. However, it comes down to individual tolerance whether this bothers you or not. The Boardwalk is littered with homeless people who may approach you from time to time, which makes the area feel unsafe.

Getting a parking space is like being in a labyrinth. The hotel has a small lot, so you may have to park behind the business across the street. The hotel has reserved parking spaces; however, it's tough trying to find a space. And getting in and out is another story altogether!

The hotel beds are uncomfortable and for some people the bed may be too short. The beds are basically hard and the pillows they provide don't help either.
