Customer service comes natural and it shows in their treatment of you. It's as if the grounds and units are kept clean and tidy just for your benefit, and as a paying visitor, that's the way it should be.
The kids playground is fabulous. There are swings, a ship structure, slides, all in vibrant colours and the kids love it. The game arcade on the premises are full of fun activity to keep your kids busy for hours.
You may find the water in the bathroom shower difficult to deal with. Without any action on your part, the water goes from freezing cold to boiling hot unexpectedly. The water pressure is poor as well.
The rooms are quite small. In addition, they still depend on the old key system, which can be an inconvenience at best. You may find equipment around the facility to be faulty and out of order as well. The towels feel more like sandpaper and some recreational facilities are unkempt like the broken basketball hoop and broken gym equipment.
The Wi-Fi is simply atrocious. If you need to stay connected during your visit, you will be highly disappointed.
