This 3 star hotel provides a 5 star programme of entertainment and activities. The kids don't get chance to be bored … and neither do any other family members! The entertainment staff works flat out to keep everyone fully entertained. Naturally, you are free to opt in and out of activities as you wish. For a family fun holiday, this fits the bill perfectly. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away.
The pools and public areas are spick and span at all times and the rooms are immaculately clean. Rooms are cleaned and towels replaced on a daily basis. Some rooms are smaller than others-but all are very clean. If you are lucky enough to get a sea-view balcony then you've really ‘cracked it'!
The food on offer is excellent. Extremely varied and with a strong Mediterranean theme. Freshly cooked paellas, pancakes, pasta and omelettes … just perfect.
There is a language problem because of the emphasis on Spanish visitors. This is particularly noticeable with the entertainment that they find hugely funny … but you can't understand a word. Staff could make more effort with English speaking guests.
If you order a taxi via the hotel, you are automatically paying more than you should. Book it elsewhere and make sure the meter is showing nil before you start the journey. Buses are cheap though + go from near the hotel.
There's no porter and no offer of assistance in carrying luggage to your room. Wherever you are located, there are stairs to climb as there is no lift from the ground to first floor. There is from the first floor upwards though.
