It is just a stone's throw from the beach bars, restaurants, play/skate park, sea front promenade and a variety of shops and a Saturday morning Market. Within a few minutes walk, you will find The 5-star Arrecife Gran Hotel & Spa. This is a lovely place to have coffee or dinner on the 17th floor restaurants with views over the whole of Lanzarote. If you wish to take advantage of a hire car to explore all that Lanzarote has to offer, there is a private parking bay in the basement. You have two entrances to the apartment, either by foot from the gated street promenade or via the electric gate garage.
