This characteristic house is located on a large property with a private swimming pool in the north of the Ardèche in a beautiful area at an altitude of 750 m. You'll never want to leave again! The house is situated on a very quiet road with maybe only 10 cars a day passing by. The well-known 11th century Chateau de Maisonseule is located behind the house, but can't be seen from the house. You will enter the house in a large hall. From here you can go to the mezzanine, using an old staircase with a library: or you can go to the pleasant 65 m2 salon with beautiful ancient beams and high ceiling. You can sit down in one of the comfortable armchairs or sofas in front of the fireplace. A wonderful place to withdraw during a cool evening: a great spot in front of the fireplace, enjoying a good glass of wine.
