Located less than an hour from Toulouse (113km), the cottage is very close to Saint-Gaudens (shops, restaurants, cinema, 3km) and a stone's throw from Spain (40km); as well as Montréjeau (18km, swimming lake, golf) and Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges (one of the favorite villages of the French, located 20km). On the ground floor: kitchen, living room, summer dining room, bathroom/WC accessible via the garage.
