In a private, quiet and lush atmosphere yet less than three miles from the center of a historic town of Acqui Terme, Ca’ Lein country house offers you a beautiful and stylish ambiance…is situated on the hill-top in a splendid natural environment, in an ancient and picturesque country village with a homely feel called Botti. The house recently renovated has been created from a wine-cellar and offers indipendent apartments with a great view on vineyard-hills of Monferrato recently nominated UNESCO World Heritage sites together Langhe and Roero. At the ground level the wide loft, called “Butterflies”(150 sq.mt/1614 sq.ft) luminous and comfortable, composed: bathroom with shower, qeen size bedroom with a sofa bed for up to 4 people, the open plan lounge and kitchen is newly equipped and furnished to a good standard,living area has been accurately furnished to give their guests relax and comfort in the sitting-room with a deep leather settees-bed, studio. Outside a shady patio with chairs, sun lounges and sun umbrellas. Downstairs a little garden. Upstairs a great apartment called “Roses”(90 sq.mt./969 sq. ft.)with it’s own cooking facilities, queen size bedroom, full bath: tub/shower , a sitting-room with a comfortable sofas and curtains with the theme of roses. A panoramic terrace off on the vineyards where the guests can have a breakfast. There is off road parking to the side of the property.Internet wi-fi. Rent mountain bikes.
