Il Vecchio Frantoio Mare opens its villa to the sea to all those who have already loved our home in the mountains and to all those who do not yet know us; Il Vecchio Frantoio Mare is located in Santa Flavia, on the coast just a few meters from the sea and is the ideal place to spend your holidays, whether long or short, that are, in absolute relaxation and privacy, with private beach, only 18 km from Palermo and 2 km from the Palermo-Catania motorway junction. The whole house is served by heat pumps that can make both cold and hot, of course also a wii-fii with wireless service. The house is 2 km from the delightful villages of Santa Flavia and Casteldaccia where you can find everything you need for everyday life and also shopping. With the nearby motorway it is easy to visit Palermo, Agrigento and the temples valley, Madonie Park, Trapani, Marsala and all the important destinations of our beautiful Sicily. Very close to us there is also a nautical club where to do water skiing, sailing, or to rent rafts for wonderful excursions on the coast. For our guests we can also organize dinners or lunches on reservation.
