They designed this bioclimatic house by working with the climate, the surrounding nature and the materials to achieve high energy performance. This very bright house also has undeniable aesthetic qualities! You will be seduced by the warmth of the materials (wood, earth, etc.). The village of Aspet is 11km away (don't miss its open-air market on Saturday mornings!) and Salies-du-Salat is 13km away (casino, golf course and thermal baths). For caving enthusiasts, you will have access a few kilometers to the largest underground network in France, Felix Trombe. The historic site of Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges is only 33km away, as is the Mourtis ski resort. You can also hike from the village. On the ground floor: living room opening onto the terrace (160cm convertible sofa for 2 people), fitted kitchen, bathroom with WC. Upstairs: mezzanine open to the living room (2 single beds 80cm). Additional electric heating, sufficient for this eco-built house. Wifi Internet access but stop-wave possible. Private sloping garden, raised terrace in front of the door, access ramp.
