Paressa Villas is an elegant and modern seaside resort overlooking the blue sea of Toroneos Gulf in a quiet and green environment, the Panorama of Nea Fokea in Halkidiki. It consists of 14 villas in a luxurious complex of seven buildings with stone internal and external investments. Each villa is 110 m2 and is developed on three floors. The ground floor living room with corner sofa, tv and fireplace, fully equipped home-styled type kitchen and comfortable dining area for 6 people. Going up to the first floor you will come across the first bedroom that can either host your children or your guests, while at the attic or the master bedroom you can have your breakfast by the balcony enjoying the peace and quiet the landscape offers. All three floors have bathroom and from all rooms and balconies you enjoy the breathtaking view.
