'Villa Mimosa´, a spacious, and charming Italian farm Villa where you can enjoy 'la dolce vita' in familystyle. A free Chef is included in the price (choice between cooking breakfast, lunch or dinner every day).The Villa is a combination of antique furniture and art but offers modern comfort. Relax on the huge terrace which overlooks the rolling hills with magnificent views. The Villa is eleganty furnished and has a lot of character, due to its history of being an important 'Casale' from a wellknown grainfarmer. 'Villa Mimosa' is a private Villa and stands alone in its own vineyard, surrounding gardens, grainfields and olive trees. The Villa is extremely suited for warm and cozy gatherings of family and friends. There are 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 livingrooms and 2 kitchens. The outside offers:  2 terraces, 1 square, an Argentine BBQ, a pizza-oven, a Firepit, 2 outside hot/cold showers, a Swedish hot/cold tub etc. Le Marche with its rolling hills and medieval mountain villages is often called 'a farmers Tuscany'. It is still unspoilt and rather unknown. This is actually the 'real Italy' where friendly people, good restaurants, old-fashioned squares and a slower pace of life still exist. Le Marche has everything that is so special about Italy: good food, wine, culture, nice weather, sea, mountains, architecture, art. But most of all, nice peopIe. It can all be found in this breathtaking region. The main towns are Ascoli Piceno, Fermo and Ancona. Ascoli Piceno offers grand architecture and a piazza with the elegant art nouvea Café Meletti. Fermo has a beautiful duomo and a fun Thursday evening flea market. Ancona offers beautiful 'Liberty' style houses, a natural reserve ('Conero') and interesting statues. The sandy beaches of Pedaso, Grottamare and Cupra Marittima are half an hour away and truly Italian in style with rows of sun loungers and superb beach restaurants with great seafood.
