This building is in a quiet and sunny spot with a garden and barbecue, a children’s play area, parking facilities and private garage. The apartments are new and pleasantly furnished; they have 1 or 2 bedrooms, lounge and kitchen with dishwasher, shower, balcony or terrace. All flats have satellite TV, telephone and independent telephone-controlled gas heating. On the third floor is a charming attic flat with a wonderful view, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Guests may also use the laundry room with iron and washing machine, ski and pushchairs deposit, enclosed garden with barbecue, play area with swing and roundabout, garage and private car park. The ski runs in Brusson ski area are situated in Estoul-Palasinaz above an altitude of 1,700m, while the cross country trails start at Vollon lake. 10 km away, you find Champoluc and Antagnod’s Monterosa-Ski area downhill pistes.
