Rooms are en suite and have climate control, television, free Wi-Fi, an iron/ironing board and tea/coffee making facilities.     The food served at the Oak Beamed Restaurant has been praised by guests for being remarkably tasty for an excellent value. The service and selection is a good deal at a great price for most guests.

    The Dog House has the capacity to host small weddings, so that makes it a prime location for a traditional English country wedding. Also, with its close proximity to Oxford, the hotel is a good stop for guests who wish to stay close enough for access, but

    The twenty available bedrooms are fairly large, and they are kept clean and comfortable. Keep in mind it is a country inn with a cottage feel.

    Guests have complained that the rooms, bathrooms and especially the corridor are a bit tired as far as upkeep is concerned. While the spaces are kept clean, the décor is dated and in desperate need of updating.
