The biggest highlight of this hotel for many guests is the location of the property. Guests have enjoyed being in the downtown area where there is an abundance of shops and restaurants, also noting the proximity of the lake and attractions.

Clean and comfortable rooms
Previous guests have found the rooms here are clean, comfortable, and of a reasonable size. The selection of amenities is also found to be good. Plus, guests are typically impressed with the standard of the housekeeping service.
positive:
Enjoyable dining
Although a small number of guests found the dinner menu at the hotel’s restaurant fairly limited, the majority have enjoyed dining at the restaurant. Both food and service attract positive feedback and guests tend to find the cost of dining is reasonable.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Some noise issues
Despite finding the rooms at this hotel clean and comfortable, guests do mention that the accommodation could be quieter. Noise can be heard from adjacent rooms and hallways. Also, traffic noise is sometimes found to be a problem.
negative:
Extra cost for parking
Guests haven’t been too pleased with the extra charge for valet parking. There’s no self-parking option and guests tend to find the daily charge for the valet service on the high side, especially considering that the parking lot is adjacent to the hotel.
negative:
Wi-Fi can be hit and miss
The quality of the Wi-Fi here seems to vary, with a number of guests claiming that the signal didn’t reach their room. Those that did get online have different views on the speed of the connection. Some found it perfectly acceptable while others have described it as slow.
