Negative Reviews
negative:
Tricky to find
This hotel was formerly a Comfort Inn and it has yet to change its signage to indicate it is now a Quality Inn. As a result, several guests found themselves driving up and down looking for the property. Presumably this issue will be resolved in the future.
negative:
Disposable breakfast items
Although breakfast is enjoyed by guests, some were disappointed to find that the hotel utilises paper plates and cups and plastic utensils. It may save on washing up, but it's hardly eco-friendly and can make adults feel like they're at a kid's tea party.
negative:
Some updates are required
While guests typically say the hotel is clean and comfortable, it does appear that certain features could be improved. The most frequently reported issues include peeling wallpaper and stained carpets.
