Airy rooms
Though the room decor is old, guests loved the spacious rooms with balconies, which offered amazing views of the canyons. Guests observed that the rooms had concrete floors, as a result of which no sound of walking and running could be heard in the rooms.

Guests felt that this is a decent hotel. It
is located only five miles from Lake Powell and Glen Canyon. Many restaurants
and a Walmart store close by are two plus points. The hotel also provides ample
parking facility. They also enjoyed the coffee served in the lobby. They found
the hotel to be reasonably priced.

Guests complained that the front desk staff needed a lesson in customer service. They felt they had no information about the area, or they were reluctant to answer questions posed by the guests. They showed no interest in communicating with the guests. Guests also found the housekeeping staff to be inefficient and disinterested in their duties. They were not friendly, or they simply did not care about the customer's satisfaction.
