Negative Reviews
negative:
Rooms have poor soundproofing
The walls are a bit thin so you can hear some noise from the adjacent rooms. There were even times when some guests shouted at each other. This type of situation can disturb you. Thus, you are advised to report it to the staff and wear earplugs for a more comfortable sleep.
negative:
Small breakfast area
The ambience is good, but the breakfast area is not that big. There are many people sometimes and you have to wait longer than usual. However, the food tastes good and is cooked well. In addition, you can always opt to eat at the restaurants outside the hotel.
negative:
Some facilities need upgrades
Some of the refrigerators take a long time to cool their contents. The ceilings have and the paint seems to chip off. Some carpets and curtains have minor stains. If you come across any of these issues, call the staff so they can provide replacements and clean the rooms again.
