Guests found the rooms to be reasonably clean. Overall lighting was also good. Guests liked the comfortable beds. The in-room amenities like minifridges and microwaves were an added advantage. Guests were happy with the flat-screen TVs and the well-lit work desks. They noted many electrical outlets in the rooms, which was very useful. The Wi-Fi network was also found to be fairly decent.

Guests liked the location of the hotel in the quieter end of Lafayette Parkway, and close to shopping, pharmacies and dining. There was a convenience store close to the hotel, and further down the road there was a wide assortment of fast food and sit-down restaurants. Guests enjoyed the cool water in the pool, a good spot for relaxation. There was ample parking available. Hence they felt that it was good value for money.

Guests found the furniture in the rooms to be dated. The carpets in some rooms were sticky and had holes. The security locks in some rooms were broken. In many bathrooms the walls, bath tubs and sinks were found to be stained. There were not enough towels, and guests had to request for more every time. They also did not like the gray-colored wash cloths. Guests found air conditioners to be very loud and noisy in some rooms.
