Guesthouse Swiss Chalets Village Inn (Intervale, USA)

The village is lovely and calming. It's a great place to relax, chill out, and forget about the world. The nature is nice and feels healthy.

It is a pet friendly place, which is great if you travel with your favorite furry friend. Perhaps you can inquire upon your arrival if the people in the room previous to you had a pet if pets bother you, as you may encounter a slight smell. Ask for another room if it does.

The water pressure in the shower is fantastic. The beds are comfortable and if you have a room with a fireplace it is very cozy. Sitting in the hot tub with a wonderful view of the mountains and stars can't be beat! The rooms are equipped with everything you need fridge, coffeemaker, hairdryer, the works.

Breakfast is quite basic, perhaps too basic, but this can be a matter of taste. The eggs don't seem real and the sausage too greasy. The breakfast room is too small as well.

If you don't have a vehicle it is difficult to get around. There are no restaurants or shops in the vicinity.

The bathroom is small and a bit grimy. An upgrade is in order. The Wi-Fi is just about useless during the evening hours and slow in general. You may be without other tech services as well, as the village is in the mountains. If you have a spa tub in your room, you may find the water is tinged with a yellow color.
