Dining Delight
Guests enjoyed dining at the hotel's many restaurants, with fresh food, great drinks and friendly staff. Pointe of View, especially, is worth the view alone, though it serves great food as well. Situated at the top of the hill, the restaurant boasts breathtaking views of downtown Phoenix.

Resort Living
Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs has many entertainment options onsite. If the hotel amenities are not enough, the resort management also regularly organizes movie nights and activities for kids. Guests of all ages enjoyed the hotel's waterpark and many pools, especially the water slides. Even on crowded weekends, privacy is not a problem, as you can always hide out in one of the cabanas. Active guests appreciated the hiking trails on the property and recommend the walk for a wonderful view of the city.

Negative Reviews
negative:
Poorly Planned Parking
Parking is the biggest complaint from guests. The lot is not well laid-out with high curbs and tight spaces. On crowded days, the number of spots can get limited. However, the hotel does offer valet service and guests highly recommend it to avoid a hassle.
negative:
Walking Distance
The hotel is situated over a large area and some rooms can be quite far from the main area. The breakfast, located at Pointe of View restaurant, is quite a walk. If you don't mind the distance don't worry, otherwise ask for a room in the main building.
negative:
Weak Wi-Fi
Though most guests didn't have a problem, a few had trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi. The signal can be weak in the rooms but is much better in the lobby.
