Guests noted that the hotel offers an extensive list of amenities which they greatly appreciated. For example, you can spend your time playing on the 27-hole golf course or one of the four tennis courts. There is also a large casino, a gorgeous pool with slides as well as a full-service gym, and the business center and convenience store were reported to be quite convenient.

The hotel is located right along the beach, which is ideal if you want to explore the boardwalk or go for a swim. Guests also enjoyed the fact that the city center wasn't far away and that there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Guests liked being able to enjoy the lovely view of the mountains or the ocean from their balcony.

Guests reported that their first impression of the hotel staff wasn't the best one, since the front-desk staff wasn't very fast in handling the check-in process. They also did not provide a lot of necessary information regarding the hotel amenities, leaving guests having to explore the huge property themselves or even missing out on activities altogether.

Some guests reported that trying to enjoy a meal on the outdoor terrace wasn't all that pleasant at times, since there are many flights and birds that are a bit of a nuisance.

Several guests pointed out that the pool is not large enough to accommodate the many guests, especially since it is also open for condo owners living around the property. They noted that there was a lot of noise, especially when parties were being held with loud music making it all but impossible to unwind.
