Guests loved that there was so much for both adults and kids to do. From racquetball and tennis, to movie nights, activities like scavenger hunts, and a kids club with sessions to keep the little ones occupied, guests gave two thumbs up for never being bored.

Guests enjoyed the extra touches found throughout the property. Saunas and BBQ grills on the rooftop were a real bonus, as were the TVs with extended cable, sunken tubs and specialty mattresses. The little things like a humidifier and extra blankets also ended up making a big difference.

Everything was in place for a pleasant experience at the pool, gym and hot tubs. Well equipped and maintained, guests liked spending time in these areas relaxing or working on their exercise routine.

Dated at times.
There is a range of accommodation at The Ridge Tahoe, and some guests said that it would be wise to ask about the condition of rooms. A few said that the outside of the hotel looked better than the inside, and some rooms may have been upgraded while others are still waiting for their turn.

A slow check-in process was mentioned by several guests who said that when check-in time rolled around, there was inevitably a long line with not enough staff. Guests who couldn't wait to start their vacation were sometimes frustrated.
