The TV has lots of available channels and the air conditioning is very effective and reliable. Rooms are clean and well maintained and you can get to the beach without even crossing the road.
There are many aspects that are demanding of a complete overhaul. The hotel is split into four separate units. The kitchen equipment is very hit and miss, decor is dated and poorly maintained, the pool is iffy; as is the area, generally. When considering Hollywood Beach, don't make this hotel the main attraction.
With so many things that are open to criticism here, it seems to be a poor policy to pile on the agro with punitive car parking charges.
The publicity photos result in disappointment when faced with the reality. *Not at all like it is in the pictures! Breakfast is a joke and when you see the TV perched on top of the fridge, it becomes apparent that little thought has gone into the design of the rooms. The Hard Rock Casino is nearby and that IS a genuine plus.
