    About Cukrarna Guest Accommodation

    Cukrarna, the sweetest hostel (cuker means sugar in Slovenian language). The house was renewed in 2003 into sweet shop. Best sellers at that time were torta, potica, gibanica, štruklji, pita, sladoled. (Slovenian traditional desserts). In 2011 we opened our doors to tourists all over the world as a hostel. To keep the sweet tradition of the house we named all our 8 rooms after the traditional Slovenian desserts. We are situated in the ancient centre of Kranj in a renovated house from 17th century. Beside a great location in the centre of the town, above Kokra canyon, with Alps in the background, hostel Cukrarna Kranj offers you everything for a pleasant and safe stay. We will try our best to provide you with a great experience in hostel itself and during your exploring of Slovenia. Visit us and enjoy the view from the terrace, our lounge, dining room. kitchen and free Wi-Fi in all rooms.
