negative:
Triple layer bunk beds
Dormitories in this property contain bunk beds which are three layers high and consequently the top bunk is a considerable distance from the floor. Guests regularly state that they do not feel comfortable accessing this, especially at night in the dark. They would prefer to only have double layer bunk beds and state this would be less cramped also.
negative:
Loud atmosphere at night
There is a bar on-site and also a music club below the hostel. As a result there is a lot of noise during the evenings and often late into the night, especially at weekends. Dozens of guests comment on the disruptive nature of this and report having issues sleeping.
negative:
Lockers are too small
Guests regularly state that the lockers offered in the rooms of this hostel are too small. As a result guests have to prioritise what they can secure and many do not feel comfortable leaving some of their belongings in a shared environment.
