Frisian vacation: You can get to the Old Town with the castle of the city of Jever in just 15 minutes by walk. There you will also see the famous brewery of the Jever beer. The Wadden Sea and the places at the coast are easily accessible from the DJH-Youth Hostel Jever. The great area around the youth hostel is perfect to play games and to do sports. Younger children can enjoy the indoor playground. If you want to stay at the DJH Youth Hostel Jever you need to have a membership card of the German Youth Hostel Association (“Deutsches Jugendherbergswerk”) or “Youth Hostelling International”. You can get a fee-based temporary membership on your arrival. Further information are given to you by the DJH regional association of “Unterweser-Ems” after your booking. This special directive applies additionally to the general directives of the youth hostel.
