Most guests who stayed during the hot and humid days of summer in Venice, were happy to have an air conditioning system in the rooms. It helped cool down the air and made the rooms comfortable.

Most guests agreed the hotel's location to be ideal as it was in a quiet area of the city. It was also within walking distance from most of the city attractions such as the Grand Canal and the Bridge of Sighs. Most guests were content with the location.

Most guests agreed the price for their accommodations was reasonable. They had a basic room with private bathrooms and air conditioning, as well as a basic free breakfast. For the price, it was worth it.

Some guests did not enjoy the breakfast available for them in the morning. They felt the products used were not of good quality and that the items were not enough. If the items ran out, they would not be replaced for other guests.

There was no Wi-Fi available for some guests who stayed here. They would have liked to have an Internet signal in the rooms, as some needed to use it to communicate abroad or for work. They were disappointed this amenity was not available.
