Many guests could not say enough about the sheer elegance that the hotel building emitted. It was well-appointed without details being ignored, such as fruit bowls, sleek furnishings, and modern interiors in pristine condition. The rooms are also found to be comfortable and stylish.

Guests who decided to try the breakfast and/or the meals offered at the restaurant, were pleasantly surprised by the variety and taste of the meals. The items were made with fresh ingredients and guests could tell if there was effort put into the cooking process.

The staff members were very much thought of in a positive light. For example, they were found to be very good at customer service skills such as remembering names, leaving chocolate surprises for birthdays. Small details that were remembered. The staff spoke in good manners and were knowledgeable about their jobs.

Some guests who stayed with family thought the hotel is catered more to business or single guests. They felt the family members were not accommodated as a whole. Simple things like not bringing the correct cups for breakfast annoyed guests. They felt the restaurant service was too slow.

Some guests felt that the insulation was not good enough for them to have a good rest. The rooms facing the road were not very good at reducing the noise. Some noise from the corridors was not reduced either. Some found the music in the corridor to be too distracting.

Some guests felt their rooms were too bright for them. The windows were not covered with a good pair of curtains. The guests felt that some other kind of curtains would have done a better job of shade.
