The facility offers a computer for guests just in case of any tech breakdowns. It's a unique and kind gesture without any additional charge.

This hotel is unique because they have just about everything you need in a lodge with special touches here and there. For example, they have a luggage cart, ice machine, cookies are offered when you check-in, special rooms are given upon request. In addition, there's a fireplace and fine wineries in the area. The hotel provides many things that make your stay comfortable and the area more interesting.

Breakfast is a bit of a disappointment. Biscuits and gravy is not everyone's ideal of a balanced start to the day. No scrambled eggs, which is a basic to many travelers in the USA for breakfast, is nowhere to be found.

It's like immersing yourself in bleach! The chlorine levels in the swimming pool and hot tub is too high. It makes your eyes burn, and it's simply uncomfortable. In fact, the pool could do with a general cleaning.

Housekeeping staff should be trained better concerning proper cleaning of the rooms. Switching used sheets around from one bed to the other and not properly cleaning the bathroom are two of the things that come to mind that need attention.
