This hotel is quite old in some areas and as such you may find some issues here and there. The staff are always on hand to help sort out any problems you might encounter. They are both professional and friendly which pleased a number of the guests that have stayed at this hotel.
The rooms are quite large which is a nice surprise for some guests. They are also quite pleased by the comfort of the beds and have remarked that a great night's sleep can be had at this particular hotel.
The carpets in the rooms while clean to look at are actually not very clean at all. Guests have complained that when barefoot, their feet got very dirty from the carpets. This is not really an ideal situation for those with small children.
