Hotel Apartamentos Jardín Del Atlántico (Playa del Inglés, Spain)

Steps away from the beach, bars and restaurant scene, guests said that they couldn´t have been better located at this holiday complex, and especially at the precious pool area. From their doorstep, they added that they were easily able to indulge in whatever activities they wanted to, from jogging to water sports.

Guest reported that their rooms, the grounds, and indeed the hotel itself were very clean, and they felt confident sleeping in their comfortable beds.

Guests said that breakfast at this establishment was un-missable. They said that the varied and generous portions made for an excellent start to the day, and that they would have been tasked to find a better deal.

Guests reported that, while they might have received acceptable treatment initially, from the front desk, the entire staff at this establishment requires a serious course in Customer Service. They said this crew were blatantly rude, especially the bar and restaurant staff, and that they hadn´t quite recovered from being treated as an usurper, rather than a valued guest.

Guest said that, apart from breakfast, there was absolutely nothing to be gained by experiencing lunch or dinner within the resort, except from abject disappointment. Guests said that, though they had counted upon spending less, they found themselves eating out most of the time.

Guests here reported that the old rooms were in desperate need of renovation and a superb burst of maintenance. Aside from broken or non-functional amenities and appliances, they said that  their all-inclusive packages didn´t even include Wi-Fi or satellite TV channels, never mind the basic microwave, that they had to rent out.
