The staff goes the extra mile
The warm, multilingual staff is superb and they really go the extra mile to make your stay an excellent one. They are happy to accommodate most any request and the concierge can easily point you in the direction of the best places to dine, drink and shop as well as the most popular attractions in the area.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Parking is difficult
The parking garage is extremely narrow and hard to navigate. This is true for the space in which you drive and the parking spots themselves, which are treacherously small.
negative:
The walls are thin
The walls and ceilings at Augusta Marriott at the Convention Center are thin and this can make for a noisy stay, as you can hear the goings on in the room next door and the sound of footsteps above your head.
negative:
Parts of the hotel need TLC
The Suites Tower, which occupies one side of this property, is sorely in need of an update. Furnishings in disrepair, stained carpeting and bathroom fixtures that have seen better days can certainly detract from your stay.
