    The location of this hotel was consistently mentioned as a reason to stay again. Ideally situated with easy access to public transportation, guests were also across from a conference centre and Prater amusement park. Even the airport bus was close by, and guests gave this location very high marks.

    With the exception of a few business-like staff members, most guests were pleased to encounter friendly front desk personnel. Requests were promptly met with a smile, and guests felt that staff were overall courteous and attentive.
