The front porch is set up with comfortable, oversized rocking chairs which give you a great vantage point for the boardwalk and the beach. It's a great spot to unwind and relax in the evenings or with your morning coffee.
This is an older property and it's beginning to show its age. Although the rooms are clean, the dated furnishings, carpeting that needs replacing and bathroom fixtures that could use replacing might detract from your stay.
You may be disturbed by the sound of voices coming from the next room as the walls at this hotel are thin. You can also hear footsteps from your upstairsneighbourswalking around as the ceilings are not well insulated either.
Due to theageingnature of this hotel, you may be able to find comparable accommodations for an equal or lesser price. There are not a lot of amenities here, especially in the standard guest rooms, which don't really give you much bang for your buck.
