Hotel Best (San Francisco, USA)

The hotel is located right in the center of San Francisco with easy access to all the happenings in the city.

The accommodation is somewhat reasonable for what you pay, if you want to look at it that way. It's not much, but you are shouldn't expect too much if you choose to stay at this facility.

The hotel has a lot of unsafe looking people hanging around; however, they won't really bother you too much. Don't know if that's a positive or not, but if you have to stay at this hotel, you have to make the best of it!

The neighborhood is very much in question. If the homeless people and drug dealers that you have to pass in order get to the hotel from the station don't frighten you, you are in for a treat once you get inside. Though the hotel is in the middle of San Francisco, the area does not feel safe.

There is no air conditioning, the TV barely works, and the overall look of the place is dreadful. Never mind the cleanliness, it just doesn't exist. The smell of urine is repulsive.

There are stairs that go up to the front desk. It's like walking into a garbage dump with the bad smell. The reception at the front desk goes through the ritual of signing you, hardly looking at you and not saying more than five words. There just not much more to add about this hotel except that it's a place you want to avoid.
