The guest rooms are clean and spacious. Comfortable beds made up with soft sheets make for a good night's sleep and plenty of amenities, like plenty of toiletries and extra towels for the pool, make for a relaxing stay.

The walls and ceilings at Best Western Plus Gateway Inn and Suites  are thin and this can make for a noisy stay, as you can hear the goings on in the room next door, the sound of footsteps above your head and voices coming from the corridors.

This property is really beginning to show its age. Stained carpeting, out-dated furnishings and bathroom fixtures that have seen better days can certainly detract from your stay.

Although this is a non-smoking facility, some of the guest rooms have the lingering smell of stale smoke from the time when this hotel offered smoking rooms. If you encounter this and it bothers you, be sure to ask for alternate accommodations.
