Positive Reviews
positive:
Clean and modern
This hotel underwent a complete renovation back in 2011/2012. This refurbishment hasn't gone unnoticed, with a high number of guests commenting very positively on the overall quality of the décor here. The chic bar and restaurant area in particular has earned quite a number of compliments, but inside their rooms, many were pleased to note that the housekeeping standards are excellent and units are kept to a high level of cleanliness.
positive:
Excellent breakfast buffet
In addition to the cold meats and cheeses of a standard continental breakfast buffet, many commented on the quality of the cappuccinos as well as the cakes, pancakes and pies, with the apple strudel being a guest favourite.
positive:
Bike rental
This hotel is set back from the main shore of Lake Garda, but the guest bike rental facilities here were a real boon. This was a very nice touch, something that really helped visitors to make the most of their stay both at this hotel and within the wider region.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Too far from town and lake
While many appreciated the cycle rental facilities here, for some guests, this mode of transport wasn't ideal. For a number of visitors, the distance from the hotel to Riva del Garda and the lake itself was just too far, leaving some feeling isolated.
negative:
Busy road
Additionally, a number of visitors - especially those with younger children - were dismayed to find that this property is situated directly on a busy road. Safety concerns aside, many found that noise from this thoroughfare was also an issue.
negative:
Thin walls
Finally, a number of guests reported that thin walls were a problem here. Many commented that they were aware of sounds emanating from neighbouring rooms throughout their stay.
