Positive Reviews
positive:
Clean and quiet.
Rooms are well maintained and cleaned. The general area is fairly quiet so there are few, if any, real noise problems. Flat-screen TV, bathroom etc; all are good. Second floor rooms are preferable to the first floor as they face the rear of the property. Pets are welcome here. There's lots of parking and a really impressive outside grill, perfect for informal ‘dos'.
positive:
A good location.
There's a handy, well lit gas station right next door and two really large shopping centers are less than a mile away.
positive:
Members of staff are simply brilliant.
All departments; front-desk, breakfast, cleaning etc; are always friendly, smiling and helpful. Everything here runs like clockwork, making it an ideal destination for leisure and business guests.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Sofa(r) … not so good
Breakfast is hit and miss. The breakfast area is badly laid out and some of the appliances are broken and clearly not capable of servicing guest requirements. In the room, the sofa is beyond any attempt of resuscitation - it just needs replacing.
negative:
A rubbish observation.
Late night trash accumulates and members of staff do nothing to remove it. Next morning, it's still there but there's much more of it. It's a very unattractive first impression. There are lots of comings and goings and strange people hanging around. You do wonder about the security aspect.
negative:
Luggage problems.
When the elevator drops you and your luggage cart off on the appropriate floor, you don't expect to have negotiate stairs to get to your room. Once in the room, the problems persist - there are no racks on which to place the wretched luggage. A drink and relaxing snack are called for - but the kitchen is devoid of pots, pans and utensils.
