The surrounding views of the outskirts and city skyline are lovely and can be enjoyed from many areas of the hotel and grounds including many of the guest rooms.

Guests reported that the guest rooms are very spacious and they feature a wide variety of amenities that are all modern and in working order. Also reported was a high standard of cleanliness, luxurious decor and furnishings and comfortable beds.

Guests reported that some areas of the hotel and grounds are hard to get around especially for anyone with mobility issues. One wing of the hotel has no lifts and guests are required to carry their luggage up a flight of stairs and the entrance to the lob

The walls at this hotel must be very thin because guests reported being able to hear everything on the other side of them.  The sound of people talking in nearby rooms and in the corridors, televisions in nearby rooms and loud air-conditioning units

Guests reported that although it is advertised that there is Wi-Fi internet service in the rooms, it doesn't work in any of the rooms, it only works in the lobby where the service often drops or is very slow.
