This quirky, quaint and clean hotel in Mamou has a reputation for being haunted, and the historic elements were preserved when the building was completely renovated. Every shower head is the kind that gives off colored light, so at the Hotel Cazan, the treasure at the end of the rainbow is you. Every room has a theme, from the crawfish and crab room to the Ship Room, and from the Fruit Room to the South Pacific room. Rooms have beds ranging from full sized to king and queen, and one room has two queen sized beds. In the morning we offer complimentary Community coffee and light snacks, and the Krazy Cajun Cafe two doors down opens at 7 am every day except Sunday. All rooms are on the second floor, and we have free service taking your bags to your room if you desire. Many bicyclists stay here, and we offer free indoor parking for their bikes. We have several venues for parties and corporate events, receptions and reunions.
