The free breakfast provided was very much appreciated by the previous guests. There were plenty of bagels, cream cheese, jams, soups, mini chocolate croissants, orange juice, coffee and more. Furthermore, staff at the breakfast area was friendly and helpful.

Those who stayed at the upper floors of the building had a difficult time getting to their rooms because there were no lifts. Moreover, guests with large and heavy luggage were also stressed, especially for those who weren't helped by the staff members.

The rooms were very small according to guests. Those who stayed with their families complained that the bed was too small and that there weren't enough space for all of them. The bathrooms were also tiny, and previous guests said it was hard to move around.

Guests had many issues with the parking. Aside from the very limited parking spaces, the parking lot itself was tiny and they had a hard time getting out of the spot. Moreover, guests were dismayed for they were required to surrender the keys of their cars at the reception while they stay there.
