Hotel Club Tenerife Apartments (Los Cristianos, Spain)

The pool bar at the hotel is an excellent place to relax, and it makes up for the fairly small size of the pool. The bar snacks are good, the staff is friendly and engaging, and the atmosphere around the pool is very lively.

The apartments are basic but have most of the amenities you'd need. Cleaning is done three times a week, and you also get plenty of fresh towels. The television has plenty of channels, including sports channels, so staying indoors can still be loads of fun.

Eating out while staying here is easy and convenient. There are many restaurants close to the hotel, and there are even more near the beach if you're willing to make the trip. There are a few bars within the vicinity, too.

You have to climb several stairs to get to the lobby, which is no fun if you have a pram or very heavy luggage.

The beach is around 20 minutes away from the hotel. It's also downhill, which makes the trip back very challenging. Unless you're up for the walk, you'll likely have to take a taxi (especially for the return trip).

There is no air conditioning in the rooms. This becomes a major problem when it gets too hot. The nights can also be very hot and uncomfortable. And though there are fans available, they can barely manage on some days.
