The Location Will Do
There are a number of places close to the resort. For example, in five-minutes by foot you are a number of takeaway places. There is also a supermarket in the area, a pleasant Starbucks, a sushi place, pizza joints, Chinese food, plus you have the beach. A bus stop is right in front of the resort as well.

Great For The Budget
If you want cheap, then you've got it at this hotel/resort. If you're just looking for a place to lay your head that has a bathroom, shower, and air conditioning, this place is all you need.
positive:
Amazingly The Wi-Fi Works
The Wi-Fi is actually adequate at the hotel. However, this may depend on what floor you are on.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Up The Ante
The hotel/resort is aged and the staff need to learn something about sanitation. Your room may include holes in the wall, broken windows, dirty floors and bed linens, towels, and wash cloths. To top it off, you may see a roach or two or three going about their business inside your accommodation. It's an experience you prefer not to repeat.
negative:
Total Disconnect
If you are unable to get Wi-Fi for some reason, there are no other means of communication as there are no phones or payphones. Even using the office phone can be tricky.

There's A Party Over Here
During the night the locals have huge, blaring parties and the TV is put on full blast.
